Refund policy

Change of mind returns may be exchanged for another item or store credit. Refunds will only be offered where garment is faulty. Items must be unworn and in as new condition. Sale items cannot be returned.

Online

Kumo will exchange or refund full priced orders within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and in as new condition. Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs and the safe return of goods. Sale items can be exchanged for another item or store credit. Custom items cannot be returned. Please email jen@kumoclothing.com.au if you need to discuss an exchange or refund.
